Wanna be a youth leader on Redefinition Camp?
Leading on Redefinition youth camp is a great opportunity to serve God and shape the next generation of youth for the sake of Jesus Christ. It’s great fun, rewarding, hard work, and a great place to work alongside other like-minded youth leaders from across our city who are passionate about youth coming to know Jesus.
While we welcome anyone to come as a camper on Redefinition youth camp, we strive for a quality camp leadership team made up of committed Christians who possess godliness, experience, and are well grounded theologically. Leaders are typically involved in some level of youth or children’s ministry leadership at one of the EFAC SA churches.
To be considered as a leader on camp, you need…
- to be a Committed Christian, at least 18 years old, and have been a youth group leader for a minimum of six months.
- to have your Police check done and to be approved by the Anglican Diocese to work with children (or at the very least to have submitted the paperwork). If you are unsure about this, you need to ask your youth minister for immediate assistance.
- to agree with basic Christian doctrine as outlined in the EFAC Basis of Faith
